As it stands, we have approved over 220 grants across the City of Manchester from our Covid-19 Community Response Fund. These range from supported accommodation for rough sleepers & emergency funds for domestic abuse charities, to groups keeping our school-age children unable to attend schools engaged and active & local groups sending out activity packs to isolated elderly members of their communities.
The following list is a live documentation of all the groups we’ve awarded grants to so far, and it will keep increasing! They’re in A-Z order, and will state the area of Manchester they operate in (North, Central, South or City-Wide) as well as the remit of the organisation. Some will have stories attached, so please click to learn more about their role in Manchester’s response to Covid-19.
