Do Some Good Work

We pride ourselves on offering and creating the most innovative corporate partnerships in Manchester. Led by Ged, we’ll listen to your objectives, develop a bespoke programme to meet them, and inspire you with ideas.

Progressive, successful companies encourage their people to develop themselves and their teams above and beyond their day-to-day roles. We’re good at helping you to achieve this.

We think we have more to offer our Partners than most charities. Beyond fundraising, we can also offer you opportunities to work on delivering great services to young people in Manchester. You can be part of their success stories, and make a real difference in Manchester and within your own company.

And we can link you into amazing Volunteering opportunities both for the Charity and for Community Groups we support across the City.

Doing Business in Manchester

Many progressive businesses want to give back to Manchester. We have deep experience in this area, and add value to our Partners’ planning in this field. By offering our Corporate Partners a full spectrum of opportunities across Volunteering, Gift-in-Kind, Delivering Support to Young People and Charity Income Generation, we can help you to give back.

The skills and strength of your team can be enhanced while you help us to improve our City. And at the same time, you will strengthen your company’s Social Value and CSR credentials.

As The Lord Mayor’s Charity Appeal Fund, we also have the Lord Mayor of Manchester as our figurehead, who is always keen to visit and promote the generous support of our Partners.

At the Heart of Manchester

We’re very fortunate to be supported generously by Manchester City Council. By offering us for example free office space, Finance Management and Communications support, they save us overheads which means more people can benefit from the funds we raise.

We also work with the Council in partnership, acting as Charity Partner for high profile events like Manchester Day and Heaton Park Bonfire Night Fireworks Display. Not only do these offer us fundraising potential, they also provide our Corporate Partners with fun and exclusive Volunteering opportunities. And our relationship also gives us access to free places at selected mass-participation events in Manchester, which we can make available to our Corporate Partners as part of a comprehensive partnership programme. Talk to us to explore how this can work for your business.

Don’t Take Our Word For It!

Let’s hear what some of our Partners say about working with us –

“We’re thrilled to partner with such an iconic charity here in the city, and are looking forward to the opportunities this will give our staff to engage with and support Manchester communities. Across our various initiatives, we hope to be able to raise up to £5000 in the coming year. ”
Mandy Ward, Hewlett Packard Enterprises Site Leader, new Manchester Regional Office

“When I suggested leading a team of Councillors and Managers at Manchester City Council on the Three Peaks of GB Challenge, the Charity could not have been more helpful. From sourcing incredible deals on accommodation and transport to helping us to maximise our fundraising, they’ve been brilliant partners to work with. Roll on the big (exhausting) Challenge!”
Cllr Carl Ollerhead, Executive Member for Finance and HR, Manchester City Council
