In 2022 the generous and enthusiastic team at Softcat’s Manchester office has raised over £20,000 for their charity partner.
They held a fantastic “Manchester Day” in their Ardwick office to celebrate all things Mancunian, which raised almost £10,000! 20 individuals also conquered the 3 Peaks of Yorkshire with employees then raising funds in the Great Manchester Run and completing the highest abseil Manchester has ever seen. Alongside other individual donations, these pushed their total funds raised to over £20,000.
Reflecting on this team effort, Steven Johnstone, Softcat Sales Manager said:
“We have worked with We Love MCR for several years but, following two years of interrupted fundraising, we really wanted to have a huge 2022 with the team. The Manchester team has really embraced the events and activities that have helped bring everyone together. We are looking forward to building the partnership out even more in 2023’’.

Softcat is an IT Infrastructure and Services provider. The Manchester office opened in 2008, and now has over 300 members of staff.
