Without doubt, the biggest fixture in our city’s calendar is the Manchester Christmas Markets that take over the city centre each year.
Skate Manchester welcomes thousands of festive skaters to Cathedral Gardens, to enjoy themselves each Christmas, with many sad to see it go in the New Year.
Building on the success of 2019, which saw 50,000 people take to the ice, operators Arena are back with a bigger, fully accessible rink and their first ever Halloween ‘Skare Skate’ offer, which we’re sure will raise the excitement for rookie and seasoned skaters alike.
The folks at Arena made a generous donation to We Love MCR back in 2019 and, proving their commitment to Manchester, are making a second donation this year! A huge Manc thanks to all Arena staff from us at We Love MCR Charity, the generous donation will go towards our vital Stronger Communities Fund and Manchester’s Rising Stars Fund grant programmes that directly support both Manchester’s wonderful communities and young people.
